We're getting ready for Christmas at the Cat's pad. John's brewed a Christmas Ale, called "Have a Berry, Berry Rasberry Christmas Ale", Aud has 5 trees up around the house, and the young adults that used to be kids are getting excited.

You read it right, 5 trees, The Foo-Foo Tree in the living room, the other Foo-Foo tree in dining room, the Shell Tree in our bed room, the Green Bay Packer Tree upstairs, and the Family Tree in the family room. What a pain in the neck. But Aud is just a nut for Christmas...who can blame her. The Family Tree is decorated by all of us with Bing's White Christmas playing in the background. To start the process, the Big Dog has to put up The Boot, an ornament that has been in the family since John was in 4th grade.

After the boot's up, it's a free-for-all, here's Aud modelling an ornament.

The family tree is an ecclectic mix of ornaments from our life. There's a bunch from Germany, from various elementary schools, and all through the years. This year will be the last for the family tree so it's sentimental time at the Cats crib. Here's little Jake getting involved.
